Arriving for your appointment

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the beginning of your scheduled appointment.

To avoid disappointment in changes to your appointment, we ask you to considerate planning adequate time for traffic and parking. 

P A R K I N G

1hr & 2hr ticketed street parking on Coventry street is available but is highly competitive. Download and register on the PAYSTAY app prior to your visit for convenience.  Best suited for evening appointments with restrictions ending at 6pm 

The Clarendon Centre (Coles carpark) is only a 2 minute walk and offers FREE parking for the first 90 minutes.  Best suited for haircuts or styling services

South Melbourne Market rooftop carpark  is a 3-4 minute walk and is the most cost effective option for longer visits ranging from  $8-$16 for a 3-4hr service

P U B L I C  T R A N S P O R T

No.12 tram runs up Clarendon Street and is a  2 minute walk to the salon

No.96 tram stops at South Melbourne Market and is a 3-4 minute walk

C A N C E L A T I O N  P O L I C Y

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours and cannot be filled, you will be invoiced at $100 per hour calculated at length of service time. Upon dishonouring our cancellation policy you may be blocked from future bookings.
